Mobile Phone Network – Maintenance Contract

What did this project involve?

  • Fault Management & Co-ordination including 24/7 Emergency Call out work.
  • Completion of an annual Preventative Maintenance programme on all network and ancillary equipment including Lad Safe, fencing & site accessibility.
  • Programmed Maintenance including all site upgrade work, transmission and new site builds.
  • Updating the 3GIS Asset Management database & management of all information included in it.

What unique challenges did we face?

  • Satisfied 88% of all reactive maintenance KPIs for both attendance and resolution of the fault & spares management.
  • 100% completion of the annual preventative maintenance programme for 12 years.
  • Developed & managed site asset management registers to assist in both preventative & programmed maintenance works.
  • Organising the logistics for delivery and transport of personnel, materials and equipment to site as required.
